The UCT Law Clinic does not deal with the following:
Criminal Law | Clients would be referred to the Legal Aid Board
Claims below R15,000 | Clients would be referred to the Small Claims Court located within the Magistrate’s Court
Maintenance | Clients would be referred to the Maintenance Court located within the Magistrate’s Court
Domestic Violence Interdicts | Clients would be referred to the Magistrate’s Court
Debt Collection | Clients would be referred to debt counsellors, if necessary
Personal Injury/ Road Accident Fund Claims
Conveyancing
Workers Compensation Claims
Defamation.
